About PAN77 STUDIO

We aspire to become a distinctive presence in the real estate and home remodeling industry.

At PAN77 STUDIO, our founding team shares a genuine passion for real estate, design, and transforming living spaces. Over the years, our partners have built hands-on experience across design, building material sales, construction, real estate, and project management, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the entire remodeling process.

We understand that a comfortable, beautiful, and truly livable home is incredibly important to every family.

Yet, when homeowners decide to remodel, the process can often require a significant amount of time and effort. From finding the right designer and contractor, to researching materials, comparing prices, selecting suppliers, and coordinating construction and project schedules, the entire process can take one or two months, or even more than half a year.

What makes the experience even more challenging is the lack of transparency that can exist in the traditional remodeling industry. Homeowners often have difficulty understanding the true cost and value of materials, while multiple layers of design, purchasing, and construction can lead to unnecessary markups and additional costs.

We have seen these challenges far too many times.

That is why we created PAN77 STUDIO.

We want to build a company that is different from the traditional remodeling model—one founded on three simple principles: Open. Honest. Transparent.

From design and material selection to project execution, we strive to make the entire process more transparent and efficient, giving our clients a clear understanding of every decision, every cost, and every stage of their project.

We don’t just want to design a beautiful home. We want to make the entire remodeling experience simpler, more transparent, and truly trustworthy.
